The California Department of Insurance requires a minimum of 12 hours of approved pre-licensing classroom study in subjects pertinent to the duties and responsibilities of a bail licensee, including, but not limited to, all laws and regulations related thereto, rights of the accused, and ethics.

This course exceeds state requirements and is taught by knowledgeable instructors who are currently working and succeeding in the field of study.  The instructors impact the class with cutting edge instruction giving the student real world examples and on point discussion of actual events followed by stories to help remember.  There is no other California DOI approved course of this caliber.  The students not only leave the class with the knowledge to take and pass the state test but to get their agent license and venture into the exciting world of the Bail Industry.
